We are seeking a reliable and motivated Window and Door Installer with 1 to 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities:
- Install residential windows and doors according to specifications and industry standards
- Remove old windows and doors with care
- Measure, cut, and fit materials as needed
- Perform finishing work including caulking, insulation, and trim installation
- Maintain a clean and safe worksite
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards

Qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in window and door installation
- Basic knowledge of tools and construction practices
- Able to lift and move heavy materials
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation preferred
