Description

As the key Administrative Assistant with our Client, a highly regarded Professional organization in Regina, you will bring strong administrative skills, entry-intermediate level accounting and most of all, a keen desire to learn and support the organizations business operations and numerous project needs.

Responsibilities will include:
- Serve as the ambassador and key administrative support to the team of professionals carrying out project work for clients throughout Western Canada.  Answer and respond to/forward telephone and email enquiries.  
- Support the President and Professional team in preparing correspondence, reports, emails, presentations, meeting agendas/minutes, contracts and related documents.  
- Assist the Accountant in providing general accounting support in the areas of A/P, A/R, and data entry of information.  
- Assist with prospective/current project work such as opening and closing of projects, preparing proposals and website updates.  

Requirements:
- Related education in business/office administration is an asset.
- Experience in administration, general office and accounting.  Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook.  Experience with accounting software or InDesign, website management (WIx) is a definite asset.
- Motivated, positive attitude and and takes ownership of responsibilities.  Self-starter with strong communications and interpersonal skills.  Above average writing skills is an asset.
- Adaptable, open to ask questions and learn; demonstrates initiative and is results oriented.  
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, organizational and time management skills.  
- Committed to making a positive contribution to the company culture and supporting core values.
