Administrative Assistant Policy Administration
(Contract Position 4-6 months)

The Job
We are seeking an individual to assist the owner with administrative tasks that include:
recreate/edit policies and procedures
create new procedure manuals electronically and in video
Other administrative tasks as assigned
This position will be based in Regina, however there will be travel between offices in Regina, Calgary and Winnipeg
This is a contract position expected to last 4-6 months
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:
- Confidence and high proficiency with all Microsoft programs including cloud-based Microsoft software
- Knowledge and experience in electronic creating and editing
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Professional communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to work independently with a focus on quality and accuracy
- Ability to work within timelines
