PBR Auctions is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Personnel / Administrative Assistant to join our team in Saskatoon. As Saskatchewans largest privately owned auction house, we offer a fast-paced, supportive environment where your skills and contributions are valued.
Position Overview:
This role is responsible for handling day-to-day accounting tasks and providing administrative support to the management team. Candidates must have strong experience with Sage 50 software and general office administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Process accounts payable and receivable
Perform bank reconciliations and assist with financial reporting
Manage invoicing, billing, and data entry
Provide general administrative support such as answering phones, filing, and document management
Maintain accurate and organized accounting and administrative records
Assist with auction day operations as required
Qualifications:
Accounting or administrative experience preferred
Proficiency with Sage 50 Accounting Software is required
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Positive attitude and a willingness to assist where needed
