The Hotel Guest Service Agent will be responsible for greeting and registering guests, providing outstanding guest service during their stay, and settling the guests account upon completion of their stay. Must possess a positive and upbeat personality with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service, have the ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented, and be able to problem solve in order to effectively deal with internal and external customers, driving the hotel shuttle to and from the airport, helping guests with loading and unloading luggage, light cleaning duties and other duties that are assigned.
Must be able to handle multiline switchboard, emails, fast pace/ busy environment, able to work all shifts if needed, this position is part time but can lead to full time quickly.
Previous Experience would be an asset!
