Description

Meadow Lake and District Early Years Family Resource Centre Requires Full Time Permanent Early Years Facilitator

Responsibilities:
-Early Years Facilitators will work under the direction of the Early Years Family Resource Centre Coordinator.
-Collaborate with a team to create a nurturing learning environment at the Centre, including organizing family free play and leading group programs.
-Design and lead play-based learning activities suitable for various child development stages.
-Connect families with community services, programs, and agencies.

Qualifications:
-Early Childhood Education(ECE)certificate is considered an asset but not required.
-Relevant experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting.
-Experience in planning and implementing early childhood programs.
-Strong understanding of child development principles and early learning frameworks.
-Ability to create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for children.
-Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
-Organizational and planning skills for developing and managing educational activities.
-Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with young children.
-Ability to work collaboratively with other educators, parents, and caregivers.

-First Aid and CPR certification.(if applicable)
-Additional certifications related to child safety or specialized early childhood programs.
