AM & Sons Construction is a leading concrete finishing company based in Regina, Saskatchewan. We specialize in high-quality concrete work, including residential and commercial projects. We also offer landscape services to our homebuilders.  Our team takes pride in delivering top-notch craftsmanship and excellent customer service. We are currently seeking hardworking, reliable, and motivated Landscape Labourers to join our landscaping team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be comfortable working outdoors, and eager to learn new skills in a supportive team environment.

Some typical duties include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting with landscape tasks such as digging, planting, laying sod, installing borders
- Handling and transporting materials (e.g. sod, topsoil, rock, shrubs/trees)
- Setting up and cleaning job sites to maintain safety and efficiency
- Operating basic hand tools and power equipment
-  Following safety guidelines and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Performing general labour tasks as required by supervisors

Qualifications & Skills
- Previous labour experience (construction or landscape experience preferred but not required)
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), stand for extended periods, and work in varying weather conditions
- Skid steer experience is an asset
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation (preferred)
- Commitment to punctuality and reliable attendance
