The Executive Assistant provides confidential executive-level support to the Associate Executive Director, Educational Leadership, and the other executive offices as required. This position supports the preparation and distribution of reports, proposals, official minutes and all other documents or materials related to the work of the governance unit and senior administrative staff activities. Reporting to the Executive Assistant, Team Lead, the three executive assistants work collaboratively to support the governance work of the Federation along with the executive offices, in-house legal counsel, the President and provincial Executive. The Executive Assistant is also responsible for monitoring education sector contacts, coordinating meetings and events, preparing letters and handling highly sensitive and confidential information.
