We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Associate/Office Assistant. This role is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional looking to contribute to both retail sales and office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with retail sales, providing excellent customer service and product knowledge.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the retail showroom and office space.
- Support office operations, including invoicing, preparing quotes, and processing orders.
- Assist with inventory management, including ordering and receiving stock.
- Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and provide information to customers and vendors.
- Organize and file paperwork, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Assist with day-to-day operations as needed to support the business.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic office software and willingness to learn inventory and sales systems.
- Previous experience in retail sales and/or office administration is preferred but not required.
