Description

Invites applications for the position of a part-time  Assistant Caretaker at Martensville High School.  The successful candidate will be required to work .50 FTE or 20 hours per week Monday to Friday, performing general caretaking duties. This will be an evening shift working from 6:00pm until 10:00pm with breaks in accordance with the CUPE collective agreement. Martensville High School is a Grade 9 to Grade 12 school located in Martensville, SK. This CUPE position begins May 15th, 2025. The starting salary for this position is $19.80 per hour.

Caretakers work closely with school staff to maintain the school building to the highest standards possible. Our caretaking staff are supported by the division Caretaking Supervisor.

Preference will be given to caretakers who:
Have training and/or experience in the caretaker field;

Demonstrate a caring and supportive attitude toward children;
Value communication and collaborative relationships;
Are committed to being flexible in the workplace;
Are committed to positive working relationships.
