Process the accounts payables - preparing cheques for signature
Managing the financial records in an automated system
Accounts Receivables management
Manage end to end payroll
Completion of monthly financial statements with budget comparison
Budget preparation and analysis
Audit Preparation
Secondary Duties
Government Reporting
Workman annual payroll submission
ISC submission
Annual nonprofit / registered charity CRA submission
Petty Cash Accounts
Charitable Donations Receipts
Manage the Fixed Asset listing (and depreciation)
Office Assistance
Manage corporate financial and administrative records.
Furnish a variety of internal and external reports
Assist the Principal in preparing grant and funding applications and reporting
Administrative contract support to the principal
Offer leadership regarding administrative matters
