Instructor, Adult 12 and Indigenous Early Childhood Education (INECE) Level 1 Dual Credit Program
As the educational leader in the classroom, instructors are responsible for delivering SIIT programs and curricula with the purpose of promoting student success. Instructors plan, organize and implement a course or program, which creates a learning environment that guides and ensures each student is successful. Instructors keep current with developments in their subject area, instructional resources and methods and make relevant changes to instructional plans and activities to suit the individual needs of their students. Working collaboratively with the Extensions, Academic staff and community contacts, the instructor demonstrates a strong commitment to creating and maintaining a creative and positive learning environment and experience for learners.
