The Labour Force Development Advisor is accountable to provide client and ISET Program support according to the Independent First Nation/Tribal Councils' capacity needs. The position works directly with clients to facilitate the SITAG case management process, fills service gaps, and trains in the components necessary to ISET Program delivery.
Using a coordinated community-based delivery model, the LFD Advisor provides enhanced layers of support in client case management, program planning, data, administrative and planning support to Independent First Nations/Tribal Councils. This position provides client services, on an outreach basis to residents in a specific geographical area using a local service delivery framework and case management process. The LFD Advisor position is accountable for supporting the financial reporting process, training the community-based workforce for ISETS-related delivery and participate in a joint-planning process with communities to determine local priorities, opportunities and strategies.
