What Youll Do:

    Welcome customers and gather vehicle information

    Accurately diagnose and communicate vehicle issues

    Write and manage detailed repair orders

    Coordinate between technicians and customers to ensure timely service

    Generate accurate estimates and handle invoicing

    Promote additional services when appropriate

    Maintain a professional and organized front desk area

What You Bring:

    Experience as a service writer or in the automotive field is a plus

    Strong communication and people skills

    Sales-minded with a customer-first attitude

    Knowledge of general automotive systems

    Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
