Job Title: Restaurant Manager
Term of Employment: Permanent, Full-time

Work Settings: Gas Station, Restaurant (Subway)
Wage & Benefits:
-$21.00, based on 30-36hrs/wk
-15 days paid vacation, overtime rate will be paid after 8hrs/day, or 40hrs/wk
Education & Experience:
-Completion of Secondary school
-At least 2-3 years of working experience or completion of hospitality management program or related discipline
Language: English
Main duties:
-Oversee daily operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and accurate completion of daily banking and paperwork
-Develop and manage staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage during peak and off-peak hours
-Analyze sales and inventory reports to identify trends, control costs, and drive profitability while minimizing wastage
-Implement and monitor Subways operational procedures, including sandwich customization and transparent food preparation at the counter
-Maintain inventory by checking in deliveries, conducting weekly stock tasks, and placing orders to ensure freshness and minimize waste
-Ensure all food safety, cleanliness, and health regulations are strictly followed
-Deliver outstanding guest service by greeting customers and promptly addressing any complaints or concerns
-Support marketing campaigns and catering sales while working with suppliers to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of fresh ingredients and promotional materials
