The City of Regina is hiring a Property Assessor to play a vital role in maintaining fairness and accuracy in property assessment and taxation.

In this role, youll inspect properties, analyze changes like new builds or renovations, and collect data that supports equitable taxation across our city. Your work will combine field inspections with detailed valuation and data analysis. What You Bring:

A diploma or degree in real property assessment, economics, or commerce

5+ years of experience in property assessment or mass appraisal

Strong knowledge of valuation, construction, and assessment systems

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

We may underfill this role as an Assistant Property Assessor ($29.98$38.72/hour, 2024 rate) for candidates with partial qualifications.
