Description

Wage: 1st year - $56.94/hour
2nd year - $59.65/hour
After 2nd year - $62.63/hour

Job Summary:

The employee in this classification is responsible to provide coordination, administration and expertise in the areas of training, development, coordination and administration, including performance improvement initiatives.  This position is also responsible to develop, deliver and maintain corporate learning, performance and training material for all areas of the corporation.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

Interprovincial Journeyperson Power Line Technician Certificate, or equivalent AND;
Certificate in Adult Education, or equivalent, or the ability to attain such within 24 months of being appointed to the position AND;
The following certification/verification requirements will be posted in one, or a combination of the following fields:
1.) Liveline Bare Hand Certificate or Verification
2.) 25 kV Rubber Glove Certificate or Verification
   Three (3) years of related Journeyperson Power Line Technician experience, or equivalent
