Description

We are looking for a talented, detail-oriented Floral Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, knowledge of floral care and trends, and enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You'll be responsible for creating floral arrangements for daily orders, events, and weddings, while ensuring a high standard of quality and service.

Responsiblities:
Clean, trim, and condition fresh flowers and greenery.

Design and assemble floral arrangements and bouquets.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Assist with setup for events and deliveries as needed.

Work efficiently to meet deadlines and order requirements.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a floral designer or completion of a floral design program.

Strong design sense and knowledge of floral types, color theory, and seasonal availability.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure, especially during busy seasons.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Creative, adaptable, and willing to learn new techniques.

Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Valid drivers license an asset.
