Your Mission:
Be the trusted link between Customers and our powerhouse Service Team
Coordinate repairs and maintenance with confidence and professionalism
Manage work orders and schedules with precision
Communicate updates and timelines with proactive energy
Build trust through every interaction phone, in-person, or online
Your Toolkit:
Experience in Customer service or advisory roles
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Positive attitude, hunger to learn, and a drive to serve
Technical or mechanical aptitude (heavy-duty or automotive is a plus)
