Description

The Program Coordinator will be responsible for recruiting and onboarding new instructors and supervising programs, staff, and students to ensure effective delivery and continuous improvement. This role includes the evaluation of existing programs, recommending strategies for enhancement, and proactively seeking new programs and professional development opportunities. In collaboration with the Dean, the Program Coordinator will assess and adjust current programs and services to better meet the evolving needs of students, clients, and communities. Additionally, the position requires travel to assigned program locations or other approved work sites as part of the responsibilities.
