Position
We have an immediate opening for:
Title Construction Administrator
Location Hague
Scope Full-time or Part-time
Position Details
Coordinate documentation and communication between project teams, contractors, consultants, and clients.
Manage project files: contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and closeout documents.
Prepare and track Intertek paperwork for yard setup and inspections.
Handle building permits, and power/gas applications, ensuring timely approvals.
Compile and deliver building owner manuals, including warranties and maintenance info.
Record and distribute accurate meeting minutes.
Monitor project schedules and support issue resolution.
Use construction software for documentation and tracking.
Support budget tracking and invoice processing.
Ensure compliance with contracts, codes, and safety standards.
Desired Skills
Strong organization, multitasking, and communication skills.
Experience with permitting, utilities, and construction documentation.
Proficiency in construction software and Microsoft Office.
Previous construction admin or coordination experience preferred.
