Position
We have an immediate opening for a Part/Full Time Performance Marketer.

Position Details
Develop and execute multi-channel performance marketing campaigns to meet specific KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
Manage budgets and bids across paid media platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other performance-based channels.
Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and audience segments to improve campaign efficiency.
Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and marketing dashboards to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to develop effective creatives and ensure consistent brand messaging.
Monitor and report on campaign metrics, creating actionable insights for continuous optimization.
Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies in digital marketing.
Identify opportunities for growth.

Desired Skills
- 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and campaign management platforms. Experience in Wordpress, Wix and Mailchimp an asset.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into marketing actions.
- Experience with CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), attribution modeling, and audience segmentation.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns, budgets, and deadlines
