Girard Bulk Service Ltd a Division of Hancock Petroleum Inc. is looking for a mature individual to fill a permanent, full time Office Administrator position in Carlyle.
The successful candidate will provide direct administrative and office support to all customers and members of staff and will possess the following skills and experience:
3+ years of direct work experience in a secretarial/administrative capacity
Superior computer skills with hands-on experience using productivity applications, spreadsheets and e-mail
Superior telephone manners and strong interpersonal skills
Strong customer service orientation
Excellent written and verbal skills
Superior time management and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
High level of sound and independent judgment, reasoning, and discretion
Ability to interpret and implement company policies and procedures
Professional, responsive, and positive work attitude is essential
Resourcefulness and flexibility
Previous experience in handling confidential or sensitive information
General mathematical skills
Meticulous records maintenance skills
Team orientated
