Reporting to the Senior Manager, Program Delivery, the Program Manager is accountable for delivering a program of related projects ensuring they are delivered within the agreed timelines, scope, cost, and quality criteria and align with overall organizational goals. This role requires strategic planning, leadership and a deep understanding of project management best practices to drive successful project outcomes and achievement of strategic goals. The Program Manager will be responsible for projects that play a role in expanding the capacity of the Bethune Mine Site, playing a critical role in the organization's future growth. -Minimum 10 years experience in a heavy industrial setting, potash experience preferred.
-Minimum 10 years experience project management experience on large multi-year projects.
-Bachelors degree, or 10 years project/trade/operations experience.
-Previous experience managing a program of related projects greater than $100M.
-Strong project management skills including demonstrated facilitation skills.
-Demonstrated project management experience required, experience with various project execution models, construction execution strategies.
-A proven working knowledge of modern project execution risks and challenges with an ability to collaboratively define solutions.
