Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Labourer to join our team at Independent Restoration Services (IRS). The successful candidate will assist in the restoration of properties affected by damage, such as water, fire, or mold. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in helping restore properties to their original condition.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform demolition, debris removal, and site cleanup tasks.
Assist with water extraction, drying, and dehumidification processes.
Support technicians in restoring and repairing damaged structures.
Handle tools and equipment safely and effectively.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Follow health and safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in construction, restoration, or a similar field is an asset but not required.
Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting and carrying heavy items.
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
Valid drivers license is an asset.
