Major Responsibilities:
> Create, manage, and resolve stories in JIRA.
> Evaluate/develop business requirements.
> Monitor software development to ensure standards are followed and ease of maintenance.
> Manage incidents and incoming enhancement requests.
> Document and execute user story acceptance tests.
> Provide user story and solution support to team members.
> Support investigation, analysis, and response to incidents.
> Facilitate problem and solution negotiations with business stakeholders and IT team.
> Ensure high quality of development and solution before product increment release.
Required Experience:
> 3-5 years experience in an IT analyst role
> Team lead experience
Required Skills:
> Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or Commerce and 3-5 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
> Problem-solver with strong facilitation and analytical skills who can manage multiple priorities.
> Self-starter with intellectual curiosity and perseverance
> Confident communicator adept at facilitation and comfortable building partnerships with key stakeholders
> Team player who embraces change and strives to improve and innovate processes.
> Eye for detail and a passion for building great products.
> Experience working in an agile environment.
Nice to have:
> Experience with SAP S/4 ERP, Cash Management, TRM, and/or Concur, v1809 or newer
> Experience with Workday HCM and Workday Adaptive
> Experience with Jira
