Required Experience:
> 3-5 years experience in an IT analyst role
> Team lead experience
> Experience working with ServiceNow
> Bachelor's degree in finance, marketing, or commerce and 3-5 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
> Problem-solver with strong facilitation and analytical skills who can manage multiple priorities
> Self-starter with intellectual curiosity and perseverance
> Confident communicator adept at facilitation and comfortable building partnerships with key stakeholders
> Team player who embraces change and strives to improve and innovate processes
> Eye for detail and a passion for building great products
> Experience working in an agile environment
Description of Duties:
> Create, manage, and resolve stories in Jira
> Create, manage, release (production & ITE) and discontinue corporate forms
> Evaluate/develop business requirements
> Monitor development to ensure standards are followed and ease of maintenance
> Manage incidents and incoming enhancement requests
> Document and execute user story acceptance tests
> Provide user story and solution support to team members
> Support investigation, analysis, and response to incidents
> Facilitate problem and solution negotiations with business stakeholders and IT teams
> Ensure high quality of development and solution before product increment release
