Description

Alsport Dealership is currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) / Tire Technician to join our team in Regina. As a PDI / Tire Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and performance of our vehicles and providing excellent service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI):

Perform pre-delivery inspections on new vehicles to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.

Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles' mechanical, electrical, and cosmetic components.

Identify and address any defects or issues found during the inspection process.

Complete required documentation and reports related to PDI procedures.

Tire Services:

Mount, balance, and install tires on vehicles, ensuring proper alignment and inflation.

Perform tire repairs, rotations, and replacements as needed.

Inspect tire treads and sidewalls for signs of wear or damage.

Maintain accurate records of tire inventory and service history.

Vehicle Maintenance:

Perform basic maintenance tasks on vehicles, such as oil changes, fluid checks, and filter replacements.

Inspect and lubricate vehicle components as necessary.

Clean and detail vehicles to prepare them for delivery to customers.

Customer Service:

Provide friendly and professional service to customers during the vehicle delivery process.

Answer customer questions and address concerns regarding vehicle condition and maintenance.

Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering vehicles that meet or exceed their expectations.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with other departments, including sales and service, to ensure smooth vehicle delivery processes.

Communicate effectively with colleagues to coordinate tasks and prioritize workloads.

Assist other technicians and team members as needed to support dealership operations.
