Your Time:
Coaching, developing and empowering employees to perform in a performance-based production environment
Leading the Consumer Support Centre to successfully achieve individual and team goals
Identifying and resolving risks and opportunities within the Consumer Loan portfolio
Facilitating meetings and planning sessions with a focus on team optimization to create efficiencies in process and procedures
Your Experience:
Experience with consumer lending or administrative support
1 - 2 years of formal leadership experience
