Qualifications:
The Practical Nursing Instructor should bring the following qualifications to this position:
-Masters degree in sociology or a masters degree in social studies is preferred. A degree in a related discipline, in addition to experience in the industry will be considered on a case-by-case basis. (ie. Masters of Psychology with counselling experience).
-Two years recent/relevant experience in business/industry or post-secondary education.
-Effective communication skills (oral and written).
-Effective interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
-Demonstrated competence and recent experiences in the use of the internet, email, MS Office Suite software and the ability to learn and adapt to changing technology.
-Demonstrates valuing diversity.
