Job duties:

    Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities at the hunting camp
    Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards
    Prepare and cook food for camp guests and staff
    Create new recipes
    Supervise cooks and other kitchen staff
    Requisition food and kitchen supplies.
    Instruct cooks in preparation, cooking, and presentation of food

Wage: $68.96 per hour

Terms of employment: Seasonal, (Fall) September 2025 through mid/late November 2025.

Language: Must be able to read, write & speak English

Benefits package: Lodging, Fuel and food are provided at no cost to employee

Skills/Requirements:
    Completion of secondary school
    Cook's trade certification or equivalent credentials, training and several years of commercial cooking experience are required.

    Have a good attitude and relate well to clients
