Perform assigned cleanings of commercial kitchen exhaust systems including commercial hoods, ducts, and wall-mounted or rooftop fans.
Use power washers, scrapers, and cleaning solutions to remove grease and debris.
Comply with NFPA 96 guidelines, OSHA regulations, and company safety procedures.
Complete before-and-after photos and service reports for client documentation.
Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and company vehicle in good working condition.
Work overnight shifts or outside of regular business hours as required by customer needs.
Ensure job sites are left clean and presentable after service.
Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients on job progress or issues
Prior experience in hood cleaning, HVAC, or industrial cleaning preferred but not required training provided.
Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds, climb ladders, and work in tight or elevated spaces.
Comfortable working in hot, greasy, and sometimes challenging environments.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to following procedures.
Working Conditions:
Night shifts and flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
Work performed in commercial kitchens, rooftops, and industrial environments.
Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory.
