Description

Chamakese Education Centre is a Pre-k to grade 6 school operated on the Pelican Lake First Nation in north central Saskatchewan (Leoville, SK).
Chamakese Education Centre is looking for an Primary School Teacher.

Duties and Responsibilities:
    Nurture, support and guide young learners
    Prepare engaging lessons and interactive learning activities/materials
    Conduct formal and informal assessment of students
     appropriate technology and media in lesson planning
    Facilitate learning activities both within the classroom setting and outdoors
    Participate in co-curricular school activities
    Promote and maintain high standards of behaviour, respect and safety within the classroom
    Support families with open, ongoing communication
    Prepare course timelines and materials such as syllabi, homework assignments and handouts
    Prepare lesson plans with clear objectives that follow SK curriculum standards
    Cover Letter & Resume including detailed work history and education information
    A copy of Saskatchewan Professional Teaching Certificate
    3 Professional references
    A current, clear Criminal reference check (CPIC), vulnerable sector search
