Nipawin Handi-Works is looking for a Office Clerk.
Tasks include:
-Processing incoming and outgoing mail manually and electronically
-Provide customer service, answering the phone, forwarding messages etc.
-Basic bookkeeping tasks including bank deposits, invoicing, ROA's
-Filing
-ordering office supplies
-preparing and distribution of Board packages
-perform other office related duties as assigned
Computer skills and customer services skills are an asset. Position is 30 hrs/week, Monday -Friday.
The successful candidate must be complete a Police Record check/Vulnerable Sector check and hold a valid Saskatchewan Drivers Licence.
