Northlands College is seeking an Instructor for our Mental Health & Wellness Year 2 Program. Candidates Must have a Bachelor of Education or Social Work Degree. A degree in Psychology or relevant field related to counseling may also be considered, a valid Drivers License and the ability to obtain a full satisfactory security clearance for practicum facilities. The instructor will provide instruction and tutorial support to students registered in the Mental Health and Wellness Year 2 program. The accrediting institute for this program is Saskatchewan Indian Institute of Technologies. The instructor must meet the accrediting institutes requirements.
The term is 190 days from August 25, 2025, to June 05, 2026. Areas of instruction may include and are not limited to: Interpersonal Communications; A Framework for Practicing Youth Care with Indigenous People; Indigenous Models of Healing & Practice; Dynamics of Addictions & Recovery Models; Technologies in the Workplace; and Pharmacology.

The wage range is $326.03 - $516.41 per day. Salary is dependent on years of experience and level of education.
