Description

Reporting to the Chief Scientific Officer, the Project Development Assistant will provide key support in advancing scientific projects through various stages of development. The successful candidate will gain valuable hands-on experience in project planning, coordination, and research while contributing to innovative initiatives that align with the organizations mission and goals.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized student with a strong interest in scientific innovation, a talent for managing project workflows, and a commitment to professional growth. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of impactful projects in genomics and other related technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
Work with the programs team to support and advance scientific projects through various stages of development
Contribute to the preparation of proposals and funding applications under the guidance of programs team members.
Conduct research on private and public sector funding opportunities.
Collaborate with the programs team to help develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
Assist in organizing and coordinating project meetings, workshops, and other events.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, records, and databases.
Provide general administrative and organizational support for project development and management tasks.
