This position is responsible for all bookkeeping tasks related to our events and operations. This individual will work as part of our team, will assist with general office tasks and responsibilities and will require involvement in all activities of the Association.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Calculate and process payroll
- Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using quickbooks online accounting software
- Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
- Post journal entries
- Process accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Process deposits
- Prepare statistical and financial reports
- Prepare government remittances
- Prepare trial balance
- Reconcile accounts
- Various other bookkeeping duties as required
- Working knowledge of MS Office including Excel, Word, Outlook and Windows.
- Assisting office staff with answering phones, selling tickets and passes and other general office duties.

This is a flexible position, requiring a minimum of 3 days per week plus events. We offer a flexible work environment, however some evenings and weekends are required during events.
