We are looking for a Permanent full-time person available to work as Lunch and Dinner cook. If you want to work in a great work environment & with great people, we encourage you to apply for a spot on our team.
The position also requires continuous standing for up to 8 hours per shift and the ability to lift up to 50lbs.
All applicants must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts including weekends.
Resposibilities:
- Season food and cook a complete meal according to recipes
- Test food if they are cooked sufficiently with your experience
- Weigh, measure and mix ingredients according to recipes using our kitchen utensils and
equipment.
- Organize needed food portion preparations
- Inspect food and serving areas to ensure Food Safe Standard
- Practice safe sanitary food-handling
- Verify orders according to food bills for accuracy prior hand out food to servers
- Portion, arrange, and garnish food for plating
- Understand and adheres to all quality standards, recipes, formulas and procedure as outlined in
our Operation manual.
- Keep track of inventory and records of food, equipment and supply.
- Responsible for cleanliness of kitchen area.
