Our client, an established and well-known Regina firm, is looking to expand their team and bring on a numbers-savvy administrative support person.
Responsibilities will include:
- Accounts payable & accounts receivable processing
- Administrative support data entry, word processing, contract maintenance
- Filing and clerical duties
- Back-up reception support
Education & Experience:
- Office Administration Certificate is considered an asset
- Minimum 2 years in an administrative support role with accounting duties
Personality/Desired attributes:
- A team-minded approach to work
- Able to gel with multiple personalities in a small team setting
- Proficient on the computer and able to learn new programs quickly
