Key Responsibilities

-Plan and implement programming appropriate to the developmental level of children following Saskatchewan's Early Learning Program Guide
-Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that encourages children's curiosity and creativity
-Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians on their development
-Guide children in proper development of eating, dressing, and toileting habits
-Arrange transition periods such as lunch, snack, outdoor, and rest times
-Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress
-Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
