Responsibilities include:
Front Desk support:
- Answer incoming phone calls and handle incoming/outgoing mail
- Coordinate local and international courier shipments
- Maintain office supplies
- Perform other reception and front desk tasks as needed
Accounting:
- Code and post Vendor invoices
- Maintain electronic and physical invoices and related documents
- Reconcile vendor statements and investigate vendor inquiries
- Track grain delivery and input delivery
- Prepare and submit monthly reports
- Perform general office and bookkeeping duties as required
As the successful candidate, you will bring:
- Accounting Certificate/Diploma is an asset
- 1-3 years experience in an accounting related position, supported by strong administrative and customer service skills. .
- Working knowledge/experience with Word, Excel, Outlook. Experience with MS Dynamic GP is an asset.
- Motivated, positive attitude and and takes ownership of responsibilities.
- Detail oriented, autonomous and well-organized
