JOB DESCRIPTION:
Service and repair our Suncoast product which includes leaks, door adjustments, screen, vinyl, louver & retractable repairs.
Qualifications:
* Basic Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with and ability to safely use hand tools such as hammers, saws, drills, and levels.
* Measurement Skills: Accurate reading of a tape measure is crucial for precise installations.
* Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
* Communication and Teamwork: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and interact professionally with customers.
* Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing for extended periods, lifting and carrying heavy materials, climbing ladders, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
* Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel to out-of-town job sites, including occasional overnight stays.
* Valid Driver's License: A clean driving record and valid driver's license are required for travel to job sites.
Additional Assets:
* Framing Experience: Prior experience in framing or construction is a significant advantage.
* Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and find solutions to challenges that may arise during installations.
* Customer Service Orientation: A friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with customers.
