Hours of Work: 37.5 weekly Monday to Friday flexible to meet the needs of the organization
Under the supervision of the Director of Finance, the Manager of Finance is responsible for the daytoday management of financial operations at YWCA Regina. This role works collaboratively across the organization to ensure the delivery of accurate and timely financial information, including the preparation of financial statements, reports, financial analysis, account reconciliations. The Manager also oversees daily accounting functions, prepares monthly financial results, and leads various projects within the Finance Department.

The Manager of Finance is responsible for ensuring accurate financial records are available to support the organization's operating and reporting requirements. This position plays a key role in ensuring that efficient procedures and systems are in place to support YWCAs financial accountability.
