Description

RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties will include preparation, administration and responsibility for sales, margins, expenses, inventory and SPMH of Pioneer Energy and the co-ordination of fuel delivery of Pioneer Coops Branch locations and coordinating direct drops. Oversee Gas Bar Manager and Tire Shop
Manager.
Prepare annual budget and ensure claims, invoices and paper work is completed accurately to meet deadlines.
Will proactively direct and dispatch the daily work schedules of Driver Sales Reps to ensure effective and efficient customer delivery.
Will analyze trade area through routing and mapping to ensure productivity and efficiency of Pioneer Co-ops Fuel Delivery fleet.
Adhere and promote regulatory, and safety requirements, both legislative and internal standards.
Ensure employees are properly trained and licensed. To provide staff supervision and scheduling.
Ensuring planned maintenance, trouble shooting, inspections, repairs and overhauls of the Fuel Delivery Fleet in conjunction with Farm Centre Managers and Driver Sales Representatives. Must be able to scrutinize operations and initiate remedial action where necessary.
