Campbell & Haliburton Group has been a trusted part of the Regina business community for over 60 years. To help continue our legacy of exceptional service, we now seek a Motor License Issuer to join our team.
As a Motor License Issuer (MLI) at Campbell & Haliburton Insurance, you will be the first point of contact for clients. You will also contribute to the office's administrative efficiency and help support both
    Setting up and renewing SGI driver licenses and vehicle registrations
    Handling walk-in, phone, and email customer inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
    Processing insurance documentation, payments, and incoming correspondence
    Maintaining confidentiality of client information and ensuring compliance with privacy standards
    Supporting brokers and contributing to team goals through collaboration
    Identifying potential growth opportunities through excellent service and client engagement
    Promoting a positive office culture and representing the CH Group brand in the community
Key Qualifications
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and at least one year of customer service experience. Prior experience as a Motor License Issuer is strongly preferred. Familiarity with Applied Epic and SGI systems is an asset. Candidates must demonstrate excellent verbal communication, attention to detail, and basic computer literacy. We are looking for someone who is kind, clear, positive, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Position Details:
Salary: $17.00  $25.00 hourly
Typical weekly hours: Full-time & part-time positions available
Availability: Must be available to work standard business hours
