Description

The Program Coordinator will be responsible for the planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of Dress for Success Reginas programs and services. This individual will work closely with staff, volunteers, community partners, and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality programs that align with the organization's mission and objectives. The Program Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring that programs are effectively managed and have a measurable impact on the community.
Key Responsibilities*:
-Program Planning & Development: Design and launch programs that meet community needs and reflect the organizations mission.
-Implementation: Manage daily program operations, including scheduling, staffing, and resource coordination to ensure effective delivery.
-Volunteer Management: Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers; facilitate training to ensure compliance with policies.
-Monitoring & Evaluation: Track and evaluate program success using data and participant feedback; prepare reports and recommend improvements.
-Budget & Resources: Assist with program budgeting; manage procurement and ensure efficient use of financial resources.
-Stakeholder Engagement: Act as liaison for participants, staff, and partners; support outreach and relationship-building efforts.
-Fundraising & Grants: Support fundraising events and assist in grant writing; identify funding opportunities for program growth.
-Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to policies and regulations; submit reports on program outcomes and compliance.
Qualifications:
-Education in Social Work, Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, or related field
-Experience in nonprofit program management
-Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data tracking tools
