Description

Key Responsibilities
Surface Preparation-Clean and prepare surfaces, ensuring they are free from debris, dust, and loose materials.
Material Mixing-Mix stucco materials, such as cement, sand, and water, to the desired consistency.
Stucco Application-Apply stucco coats to walls using trowels following specific techniques for different types of stucco finishes.
Reinforcement Installation-Install wire mesh, stucco lath, or similar materials to reinforce stucco on exterior surfaces.
Curing and Finishing-Cure freshly plastered surfaces and ensure proper finishing techniques to achieve a smooth and uniform finish.

Skills and Qualifications
1.Understanding of different types of stucco, their properties, and appropriate application techniques.
2.Skill in using tools such as trowels and hand tools for stucco work.
3.Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, carrying, and working on ladders or scaffolding.
4.Ability to pay attention to detail, ensure a high-quality finish.
5.Adherence to safety protocols and procedures for working on construction sites.
6.Ability to work well with others
7.Valid Drivers Licence is an asset.
