Requirements:
Previous experience in a pizza restaurant is mandatory.
Must currently reside in Saskatoon.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of staff.
Hire new employees and arrange training sessions as needed.
Create and manage staff work schedules.
Oversee inventory management and ensure stock levels are maintained.
Prepare detailed reports on sales, merchandising, and personnel matters.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and supply issues professionally.
Administer payroll and manage cash handling procedures.
Conduct employee performance reviews.
Step in to supervise office and volunteer duties during staff absences.
