Escalade Homes is a Prince Albert based company offering RTM / Modular housing sales, project management & construction services primarily within Saskatchewan. Looking for Journeyman Carpenter / Labourer in and around the Luseland area between the months of June - Oct.

Individual to have experience in finishing carpentry, interior/exterior repairs, basic plumbing and electrical.  Installation of various wall finishes (drywall, paneling, etc.). Experience with exterior work such as facia, soffit, siding and roofing an asset.  Must have a valid drivers license (get to and from job site) and be bondable.  Must have steel toed boots & skid steer certification.

The successful candidate will also be expected to work/supervise with:
    foundations
    interior/exterior finishing
    millwork and tile
    flooring
    deck construction

Duties:
    read construction drawings and related documents and codes
    schedule & coordinate work on site
    finish/renovate homes to the highest standards
    work alone or supervise a small crew
    maintain a safe work site
