Prairie Co-op is hiring a Full Time Fresh Food Manager at our Food Centre in Fort Qu'Appelle, SK.

What youll do:
Provide operational direction and oversight in the implementation of current and upcoming programs and policies
Manages growth of sales to improve profitability and makes recommendations and oversees Bakery, Deli, Meat & Produce pricing, promotions, and products.
Prepare, administer, and achieve budgeted goals as it relates to the pricing, sales, margins, expenses, and inventory of the commodity
Assumes direct responsibility for operations of the Bakery, Deli, Meat & Produce and ensure company procedures are followed and completed in a timely manner
Provide leadership to the team, including the recruitment, goal setting, performance management, training, development and succession of team members
Responsible for building strong customer relationships and delivering solutions.
Responsible for the timely execution, coordination and oversight of all safety, maintenance, and asset protection policies including the Manager on Duty (MOD) policy

You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and:
You have a Grade 12 Diploma
You have 6-9 years of relevant experience including 3 years of leadership experience
